Some plants produce flowers that are difficult describe—and this is one of them! In midsummer, Hemerocallis 'Mini Pearl' produces masses of very pretty, slightly ruffled, trumpet-shaped flowers, each around 8cm across. That’s the easy part of the description. Now for the colour: is it pale pink or pale orange, or blush salmon-pink? We’ve decided to go for pale melon pink. You choose! The blooms of daylily 'Mini Pearl' also have a gorgeous centre (or throat) of chartreuse-green. You will not be disappointed with this beautiful daylily.  

A deciduous, hardy perennial, Hemerocallis 'Mini Pearl' is perfect for the front of any border in full sun or part-shade, it reaches 30-60cm in height when in flower. It also has strap-like glossy mid-green leaves.  

Daylilies flowers last for just one day. However, they come in profusion, on multiple flower spikes, and in sequence, so there is a glorious continuous display for several weeks. Hemerocallis 'Mini Pearl' has been around for more than 40 years, and for its size, colour and habit, has never been surpassed.
